Gleeson Building Ltd
Crossway are currently carrying out the scaffolding package on a £10 million pound development for Gleeson Building Ltd called Echo One in Leeds.
The 12 storey development incorporates 163 apartments and a three storey basement car park.
The project is taking place over an 83 week programme.
Echo One is a three sided building located on a compact site adjoining a main road, making it a challenging site to work on.
Crossway are providing the full scaffolding package, including design, to the whole external elevations and internal scaffolding including propping to one floor level of the car park to enable fork lifts to run on.
We have already won one award on this project as Sub-contractor of the Month.
